Answer

Can an AI notetaker connect to two Google accounts at once?

A short answer for freelancers and consultants who hold a separate Google account for each client and want one AI notetaker on every calendar. TrackHeros connects as many Google and Microsoft accounts as you hold under one sign-up, binds each to one client, and joins the Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings it finds on them.

Yes, and two Google accounts usually means two clients, which is the part most tools get wrong. This answer is for freelancers, consultants and fractional CTOs who hold a Google account issued by each client and want one AI notetaker on the Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls across all of them. TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker that connects every Google and Microsoft calendar you hold, detects the language of each meeting on its own, and keeps every client's notes in a sealed workspace of its own. The full account model is on connecting every calendar to one notetaker.

Why do many notetakers stop at one Google account?

Because they are built for an employee with one company account. The login, the calendar and the workspace are the same thing, so a second Google account means a second login, and the notes from the two end up in two places you search separately. The longer explanation is in why notetakers allow one calendar per login.

For someone with a client-issued account per client, that design is backwards. The accounts are separate for a reason, and the notes should be too, but you still want one place to see them.

How does TrackHeros connect two Google accounts?

You create a client for each, then connect each account on its own client's page. In practice:

  1. Create Client A and Client B.
  2. On Client A's page, under Connected accounts, choose Connect Google and sign in with the account you use for Client A.
  3. Do the same for Client B with the other account.

From then on each calendar is watched on its own. New invitations, reschedules and cancellations arrive by push notification, with a full re-read every 15 minutes as a backstop, and a cancelled event cancels its bot. The permission is read-only: openid, your email address and calendar.readonly. Nothing reads your mail, files or contacts. Only each account's primary calendar is synced; other calendars inside the same account are not read.

Microsoft accounts connect the same way, with Connect Microsoft, and sit beside the Google ones under the same sign-up. The walk-through for several Google accounts is in one notetaker for several Google accounts.

Can one Google account serve both clients?

No. Each connected account belongs to exactly one client, and the database enforces it: connecting an account already attached elsewhere is refused with "already connected to another client. Disconnect it there first." That is what keeps a meeting from being filed under two clients at once. If one account genuinely receives two clients' meetings, the options are set out in can two clients share one Google account.

What happens when both accounts are invited to the same meeting?

It depends on whether the two accounts belong to the same client.

Both calendars belong to What TrackHeros does
The same client Recognises one meeting and sends one bot
Two different clients Keeps a record and a bot in each client, because clients are never linked

The second case is deliberate: matching meetings across clients would mean reading one client's calendar while filing another's. The honest fix is to switch auto-join off for that meeting in one of the two clients. More in the same meeting on two calendars.

Where do I see both calendars together?

On one read-only Calendar page, with calendar and list views. In the all-clients view every meeting is coloured and labelled by its client; filtered to one client it shows each meeting's status. Only meetings carrying a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link appear, and edits still happen in Google Calendar or Outlook, where the invitation lives. See the unified calendar.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is there a limit on how many Google accounts I can connect?

No. TrackHeros puts no cap on connected accounts. A freelancer with six clients and six Google accounts connects all six, each under its own client, and can add Microsoft accounts under the same sign-up.

Do I have to sign in to each Google account every day?

No. You sign in once per account when you connect it. After that the calendar is watched by push notification, renewed automatically before it expires, and re-read every 15 minutes as a backstop. If Google ever stops accepting the connection, the client page shows a Reconnect button.
