Every Google and Microsoft account you use, under one sign-up. Each belongs to one client, so its meetings are filed there before the bot joins. Invitations, reschedules and cancellations arrive on their own.
Close to 100 spoken languages are recognised, and you never have to say which one a meeting is in. TrackHeros listens to each meeting and works it out, even when a sentence starts in Spanish and ends in English. The transcript is written in English.
The language of the notes is yours to pick. Summary, decisions, action items and minutes come out in English unless you choose Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian or Indonesian — or let each meeting decide, so a call held mostly in one of those gets its notes in it. Set it for your account, a client, a recurring meeting or a single call.

Each client also worked in their own language, and most of the notetakers I tried could not keep up.
So I built the tool I needed: one notetaker for every calendar, each meeting understood in the language it was held in, and every client kept in a workspace of its own.
