AI notetaker for meetings in Italian, with the notes written in Italian
TrackHeros is an AI notetaker that recognises a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting held in Italian without being told, transcribes it from the recording, and writes the summary, decisions, action items and minutes in Italian or in English — for freelancers and consultants whose clients run their meetings in Italian.

TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker that connects every Google and Microsoft calendar you hold, recognises close to 100 spoken languages on its own, writes the notes in nine of them, and keeps every client's notes in a sealed workspace of its own. Italian is one of the nine. This page is for anyone whose client meetings happen in Italian — a manufacturer in Bologna, a design studio in Milan, a team in Lugano — and who needs a written record their client can read without translating it first.
Does TrackHeros work for meetings held in Italian?
Yes. A Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting held in Italian is recognised as Italian and transcribed from the recording. Nothing has to be set first: each meeting's language is worked out from the meeting itself, so the Italian call and the English one under the same client are each handled as what they are.
The captions a meeting platform shows during the call are decoded as English, so they are not what an Italian meeting's notes are written from. A short sample of the audio names the languages actually spoken, and any meeting that is not in English alone gets a full pass over the recording. How automatic language detection works covers each step.
Can the meeting notes be written in Italian?
Yes. Italian is one of the nine notes languages. Set it for your account, for one client, for a recurring meeting or for a single call; the most specific setting wins, and the meeting page says which one decided. "Same as the meeting" gives a call held mostly in Italian its notes in Italian and leaves an English call in English. A meeting that has already been summarised can be rewritten in Italian afterwards.
A verbale is the document many Italian companies expect after a meeting that decided something — what was agreed, who carries it out, by when. TrackHeros writes it in Italian from the English transcript; the notes summarise the meeting rather than quote it.
What do the exported minutes look like in Italian?
The headings and the date are Italian as well. The PDF, the Google Doc, the Notion page and "Copy for email" use:
| In English | In Italian |
|---|---|
| Minutes of Meeting | Verbale di riunione |
| Summary | Sintesi |
| Decisions | Decisioni |
| Action items | Azioni da svolgere |
| Owner | Responsabile |
| Due | Scadenza |
A date is written the Italian way, weekday in lower case: mercoledì 21 ottobre 2026. Digits stay Western in every language. What the minutes contain, section by section, is on the meeting minutes page.
What about a meeting that mixes Italian and English?
It is handled in the same pass. Italian business and technical speech is full of English — "facciamo un recap", "il budget", "la deadline" — and switches to English entirely when a foreign colleague asks a question. Captions decoded in one language force the other language's words into their own. The pass over the recording reads the switch where it happens, and the transcript renders the whole line into English.
A meeting that mixes Italian with another language and no English — Italian and German on a call in South Tyrol, say — gets the same pass, but it is not a combination TrackHeros has tested, so no claim is made about it.
Is the transcript in Italian?
No. The transcript is rendered into English line by line, and the transcript page says so in one line: "Translated to English from a conversation held in Italian". The Italian original is stored with each line, but the app does not show it. If you want Italian on the page, the notes are where it appears.
Do I need to tell TrackHeros a meeting is in Italian?
No. Listing the languages a client speaks is optional. If you do list them, list all of them: a language left off the list is treated as less likely, so a client listed as English alone whose team sometimes switches to Italian should have Italian on its list too.
What happens with a recurring meeting held in Italian?
A recurring series remembers its language. A series held in Italian gets the full pass over the recording every time; only a series heard in English alone may use the platform captions, and every tenth occurrence of such a series is checked again rather than taken from memory. How recurring meetings remember their language explains the rule. The notes of each occurrence come out in the language the series, the client or the account is set to.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can TrackHeros write a verbale di riunione in Italian?
Yes. Choose Italian as the notes language for your account, one client, a recurring meeting or a single call, and the summary, decisions, action items and formal minutes are written in Italian. PDF, Google Doc and Notion exports carry Italian headings, starting with Verbale di riunione, and Italian dates.
Does TrackHeros handle a meeting that switches between Italian and English?
Yes. A sentence that moves between Italian and English is read by a second pass over the recording, which hears both languages, and the transcript renders the whole line into English. The notes are then written in whichever language you chose.
Is the transcript of an Italian meeting in Italian?
No. The transcript is rendered into English line by line, and the transcript page says the conversation was held in Italian. The Italian original is kept with each line but is not shown in the app.
Do I need to tell TrackHeros the meeting is in Italian?
No. Each meeting's language is worked out from the meeting itself. Listing Italian among the languages a client speaks is optional; if you list languages for a client, list all of them.
