AI notetaker for meetings in Indonesian, with the notes written in Indonesian

TrackHeros is an AI notetaker that recognises a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting held in Indonesian without being told, transcribes it from the recording, and writes the summary, decisions, action items and minutes in Indonesian or in English — for freelancers, agencies and consultants whose clients and teams work in Bahasa Indonesia.

TrackHeros is an AI meeting notetaker that connects every Google and Microsoft calendar you hold, recognises close to 100 spoken languages on its own, writes the notes in nine of them, and keeps every client's notes in a sealed workspace of its own. Indonesian is one of the nine. This page is for anyone who runs client meetings in Bahasa Indonesia — with a start-up in Jakarta, an agency in Bandung, a team in Surabaya or Bali — and for anyone whose Indonesian calls carry as much English as Indonesian.

Does TrackHeros work for meetings held in Indonesian?

Yes. A Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting held in Indonesian is recognised as Indonesian and transcribed from the recording. Nothing has to be set first: each meeting's language is worked out from the meeting itself, so an Indonesian call and an English one under the same client are each handled as what they are.

The captions a meeting platform shows during the call are decoded as English, so they are not what an Indonesian meeting's notes are written from. A short sample of the audio names the languages actually spoken, and any meeting that is not in English alone gets a full pass over the recording. How automatic language detection works covers each step.

Can the meeting notes be written in Indonesian?

Yes. Indonesian is one of the nine notes languages. Set it for your account, for one client, for a recurring meeting or for a single call; the most specific setting wins, and the meeting page says which one decided. "Same as the meeting" gives a call held mostly in Indonesian its notes in Indonesian. A meeting that has already been summarised can be rewritten in Indonesian afterwards.

The notes are written in Indonesian from the English transcript; they summarise the meeting rather than quote it.

What about Malay?

Malay is a separate spoken language in the list TrackHeros recognises. A meeting held in Malay is detected and transcribed like any other, but Malay is not one of the nine notes languages, so its notes come out in the language your settings choose — Indonesian, English or another of the nine. What happens to a meeting in a language TrackHeros cannot write notes in walks through one.

What do the exported minutes look like in Indonesian?

The headings and the date are Indonesian as well. The PDF, the Google Doc, the Notion page and "Copy for email" use:

In English In Indonesian
Minutes of Meeting Notulen Rapat
Summary Ringkasan
Decisions Keputusan
Action items Tindak lanjut
Owner Penanggung jawab
Due Tenggat

A date is written Rabu, 21 Oktober 2026, weekday first and capitalised. Digits stay Western in every language. What the minutes contain, section by section, is on the meeting minutes page.

What about a meeting that mixes Indonesian and English?

It is handled in the same pass. Jakarta's start-up and agency teams mix English into Indonesian constantly, often with Indonesian affixes on English words — "meeting-nya kita reschedule ke Kamis, the client asked for it". Captions decoded in one language force the other language's words into their own. The pass over the recording reads the switch where it happens, and the transcript renders the whole line into English.

A meeting that mixes Indonesian with another language and no English — Indonesian and Javanese, say — gets the same pass, but it is not a combination TrackHeros has tested, so no claim is made about it.

Is the transcript in Indonesian?

No. The transcript is rendered into English line by line, and the transcript page says so in one line: "Translated to English from a conversation held in Indonesian". The Indonesian original is stored with each line, but the app does not show it. If you want Indonesian on the page, the notes are where it appears.

Do I need to tell TrackHeros a meeting is in Indonesian?

No. Listing the languages a client speaks is optional. If you do list them, list all of them: a language left off the list is treated as less likely.

What happens with a recurring meeting held in Indonesian?

A recurring series remembers its language. A series held in Indonesian gets the full pass over the recording every time; only a series heard in English alone may use the platform captions. A weekly Indonesian sprint review is therefore never summarised from captions decoded as English, and its notes come out in the language the series, the client or the account is set to.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can TrackHeros write notulen rapat in Indonesian?

Yes. Choose Indonesian as the notes language for your account, one client, a recurring meeting or a single call, and the summary, decisions, action items and formal minutes are written in Indonesian. PDF, Google Doc and Notion exports carry Indonesian headings, starting with Notulen Rapat, and Indonesian dates.

Does TrackHeros handle a meeting that switches between Indonesian and English?

Yes. A sentence that moves between Indonesian and English is read by a second pass over the recording, which hears both languages, and the transcript renders the whole line into English. The notes are then written in whichever language you chose.

Can the notes be written in Malay?

No. Malay is one of the close to 100 spoken languages TrackHeros recognises, so a meeting held in Malay is detected and transcribed, but it is not one of the nine notes languages. Its notes come out in the language your settings choose — Indonesian, English or another of the nine.

Is the transcript of an Indonesian meeting in Indonesian?

No. The transcript is rendered into English line by line, and the transcript page says the conversation was held in Indonesian. The Indonesian original is kept with each line but is not shown in the app.
